The original prompt

One continuous 15-second take

Keep @Video 1's motion, camera movement, gestures, timing, and lip sync exactly as they are. One continuous 15s take.

Character: replace the main character in @Video 1 with the person from @[Image 1]. Use @[Image 1] as a multi-angle reference sheet only — do not reproduce its grid layout, panels, or white studio background. Preserve the exact identity, face, hairstyle, body appearance, and complete outfit from @[Image 1]. Accurately reproduce every visible clothing item, its colors, materials, patterns, accessories, footwear, and styling. Do not redesign, simplify, recolor, or add anything that is not present in @[Image 1].

At 11–12.5s, when the source character grabs their head, the replacement character grabs the top of their cap with both hands in disbelief, keeping the cap on their head, and walks out of frame, exactly following the source motion.

Location: fully replace the source environment with the location shown in @[Image 2]. Reconstruct the complete setting from @[Image 2], preserving its architecture, layout, objects, surfaces, lighting, weather, colors, and overall atmosphere. Where the camera reveals more than the reference frame, extend the same brick wall, graffiti, sidewalk, bollards, and asphalt consistently; do not invent new buildings or streets. Adapt the environment naturally to the camera movement, angles, perspective, and framing of @Video 1. Nothing from the original location remains.

Cards (3.5–5s): replace the cards from @Video 1 with the two cards shown in @[Image 3]. Preserve their exact colors, numbers, graphics, orientation, and appearance. Hold them side by side, slightly overlapping — red 2 on the left, blue 4 on the right — with the numbers clearly facing the camera. Do not transfer the black background from @[Image 3]. The character throws them up exactly according to @Video 1's original motion and timing.

Car (5–15s): replace the car from @Video 1 with the vehicle from @[Image 4]. Preserve the exact vehicle design, color, wheels, details, proportions, and appearance from @[Image 4]. It appears at exactly the same moment, position, orientation, scale, and perspective as the source vehicle in @Video 1 and remains there until the end. Use ONLY the vehicle from @[Image 4] - do not transfer its background, environment, buildings, or surrounding objects.

Relight the vehicle to match the overcast lighting of @[Image 2]; do not carry over the harsh sunlight or blue-sky reflections from @[Image 4].

Visual Style: inherit the lighting conditions, weather, color palette, environmental atmosphere, and overall visual character from @[Image 2] while maintaining the natural phone-video realism and camera behavior of @Video 1. Sharp, clean, photorealistic, and physically consistent.

REFERENCE PRIORITY:
@Video 1 = motion, performance, gestures, timing, lip sync, camera movement, framing, and object timing.
@[Image 1] = character identity + complete outfit and styling.
@[Image 2] = complete location + environment + lighting and atmosphere.
@[Image 3] = cards only.
@[Image 4] = vehicle only.

Negative: do not retain the original character, original outfit, original location, original cards, or original vehicle. No identity drift, outfit changes, incorrect colors, extra accessories, added people, background mixing, reference contamination, or unrelated objects.

Original wording is preserved, including the cap instruction. If your character reference has no cap, adapt that line for your own version.
